Office Support SpecialistDiocese of Green Bay / CuriaFull-Time, Benefit EligiblePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:This full-time, in-person position is responsible for overseeing the daily technical and office management operations of the Office of Communications & Marketing. The Office Support Specialist serves the team by organizing, tracking, and evaluating important information and data; as well as communicate and manage the day-to-day function of the office to streamline and simplify the office workflow processes and procedures.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Embrace the mission and vision of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic Teachings and the moral and ethical values of the Catholic Church.
  • Associate's Degree in business administration, communications, marketing, data analyst or a related field.
  • Office management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly adapt, learn and navigation various software platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
