LHH is teaming up with a well-established organization in the employee benefits and insurance space in Stockton, CA in search of an Office Supervisor to support the daily operations of a union environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team that plays a critical role in supporting union members. The organization offers a collaborative and respectful work environment, with a strong emphasis on empathy, professionalism, and service. The Office Supervisor will be instrumental in managing a team of claims clerks who handle incoming calls from members regarding benefits and claims.
The ideal candidate is a polished, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with a background in healthcare, insurance, or employee relations. They are tech-savvy, empathetic, and calm under pressure—someone who listens actively, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, service-oriented environment. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience with HIPAA regulations and union environments is strongly preferred.

Hours: Full-time, Standard business hours
Pay Rate: $75,000–$85,000/year, depending on experience
