Job Description :
As an Office Specialist for the Division of Patrol-Troop 5; develops complex, multi-program record and report applications; develops and keyboards complex, multi-program record and report applications utilizing knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word; creates, keyboards, and edits correspondence, memos, and other original text; serves as Troop liaison to Department of Innovation & Technology for email updates and distribution groups; compiles and provides information to State's Attorneys offices, Circuit Clerk's Office, and Probation Office; serves as Troop liaison between the Troop and county State's Attorney's Office and Circuit Clerk's Office. This includes video requests, report requests and relaying subpoenas to officers; retrieves crash report documentation and field reports from the Tra. CS and i.
