Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct production flight tests of new aircraft following approved procedures to ensure they meet design and performance specifications.
• Debrief engineering and manufacturing personnel on ground and flight discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
• Track & balance main rotor blade sets.
• Perform pre/post maintenance flights to assess airworthiness and FAA compliance.
• Support sales and marketing through demonstration flights.
• Adhere to production acceptance test procedures and company SOPs.

Requirements:

• At least 1000 helicopter flight hours as Pilot in Command.
• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial and CFI certificate.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead.
• Helicopter Instrument Rating (desirable).
• A&P License (desirable).
• Previous Enstrom flight time (desirable).
