Location: New York, NY Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement) Schedule: Part Time (Monday thru Friday - 9:00am - 2:30pm) Pay rate: 23.00/hr Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mailroom and Hospitality Services Associate. This temp-to-perm role offers the opportunity for long-term placement based on performance. The position supports mail and shipping services, along with light hospitality duties, such as maintaining pantry supplies and supporting general office supply needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distribution, and shipping coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail and parcels to internal departments.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of pantry and office supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas such as kitchenettes and supply rooms.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management as needed for service and supply requests.
• Provide general support to office staff, promoting a clean and well-functioning workplace.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mailroom, shipping, or office support roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and move packages and supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
