- Manage office maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Oversee mailroom, print/copy services, and basic facility maintenance
- Support event logistics, meeting setups, and internal communications
- Respond promptly to client needs and deliver white-glove hospitality service
- Participate in training and promote a positive, proactive culture
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
