Specific Duties The incumbent in this position will be responsible for: - Scans and indexes various documents into information systems - Copies, collates, and files various documents - Shreds various documents - Prints various documents - Keeps printers and photocopy machine stocked with paper - Serves as front office point of contact to greet visitors and provides exceptional customer service - Answers phone inquiries, screens calls, takes messages, and directs calls to appropriate personnel - Receives, sorts, and distributes departmental mail and other documents - Maintains confidentiality - Data entry - Answers routine questions - Maintains regular atte...Aide, Office, Service, Healthcare, Education
