As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse individuals. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. $850 - $1200 weekly Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for office staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
