Our client, a leading SF based AI firm, is seeking an Office Operations Manager to build out their NY location. They are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional administrative support, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations for both the executive team and the office. This is a fantastic experience to join a growing firm on the ground floor. The ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats and juggling shifting priorities.

Salary: 120-140k + Equity + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management tasks including vendor relations, inventory, facilities, etc.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all office operations for a rapidly growing office
  • Strategic support to leadership with managing calendars, meeting preparation, following up on action items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Act as point of contact for all vendors
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in office management, operations, or executive assistant experience
  • Proactive problem solver, resourceful, detailed, and motivated
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to act autonomously
