Position Summary: The Office Manager will oversee all PACE business needs, generate statistical reports, analyze outcomes, query data, and inform management decisions; Train staff on data entry, outreach and enrollment of eligible clients. Liaise with NADAP's IT and database vendors, as well as HRA and other subcontracted partners. The Office Manager will also oversee programmatic office services, administrative and outreach staff and all support functions for the PACE Program. Essential Functions: •Oversee PACE expenditures, including petty cash and other NADAP funds. Monitor the budget and participate in the program's budget-to-actual financial meetings with senior management. •Oversee the programmatic functions of outreach, enrollment and all administrative client services. •Responsible for all operational systems that support PACE management and components to meet all reporting requirements. •Supervise the administrative support staff, outreach and enrollment staff. Conduct regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback. Motivate staff. •Oversee the inventory and ordering of all supplies and items needed for day to day program operations. •Identify trends, develop and implement new systems to improve PACE operations and reporting functions. •Liaise with the database team and other departments on the PACE database functionality and identify needed changes. •Hire and train office services and administrative staff to assure all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
