Global consulting firm is looking for an energetic Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join their growing team.

This is a fully in-office role in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the senior consulting professionals based in New York and Boston including but not limited to the following:
  • Manage complex calendaring, prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports
  • Anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, effectively handle calendar conflicts, and proactively manage schedule changes
  • Support client outreach and facilitate connectivity for contracts, billing, etc. between the senior leaders, client, and internal operations teams
  • Oversight and management of Boston office space and its people including but not limited to:
  • Manage office assignments for operations and consulting teams (including visitors), office efficiency analysis, identify improvements needed
  • Facilitate office construction, repairs, and development
  • Maintain emergency response plans for the office and ensure they are up to date
  • Ensure the most welcoming and productive office environment by managing building-provided services (janitorial, carpet cleaning, engineering, repairs, etc.). Liaise directly with building management and/or landlord on all office space items per lease agreement.
  • Manage office supplies and office kitchen stock ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Assist the People team with staff onboarding/off-boarding and training event support
  • Plan and organize Boston office client events, team-building events, and trainings
  • Additional responsibilities as identified.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: especially work with MS Teams; Outlook; Excel; Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self-review and strong follow-up skills
  • Demonstrates ownership and accuracy of work product
  • Strong collaborator who knows how to connect the dots
  • Strong focus on customer service and employee experience
  • Professional services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight
  • Ability and desire to learn and develop new skills

Base Range: 75-85K

This is a bonus-eligible position.

  • unlimited PTO, subject to approval by line manager & provided goals of the business are met / there is coverage for EA duties + week of Dec 25-Jan 1 firm-wide shut down
  • 4% Safe Harbor 401K contribution (not a match, contribution irrespective of employee contributions); eligibility 1st day of mo. after 90 days of start
