About Our Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Searcy location. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office procedures, support field technicians, and provide excellent customer service.

Office Manager Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, correspondence, A/R, A/P and record-keeping
• Coordinate with pest control technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and billing processes
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements for Office Manager

• HS Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in office management or leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office and able to quickly learn new technologies
• Excellent at organizing and multitasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Office Manager Benefits:

• $45k to $55k first year salary, commensurate with experience
