Job Description :
As an Office Manager on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:Answering the phone/greeting customers in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrating proficiency with the point-of-sale and all computer systems. Addressing calls and customer concerns as they escalate. Maintaining inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow of the office/admin staff. Performing daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, sorting mail, observing credit limits/past due balances, etc. Bring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)1-2 years' experience in office management required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office/computer/phone skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.
