This role is pivotal to the success of Premier Caregiver Services and shares a team incentive bonus, based on meeting goals of hours and gross margin, that will give The Office Manager skin in the game , without a ceiling on how much they can make. This a full-time salaried position reporting to the VP/Agency Manager offering an opportunity to continue to provide exceptional internal & external customer service that built the distinguished reputation of Premier Caregiver Services, providing the best Caregivers and Client Service in the Industry. Essential Duties: - Enter new hire employees and client's info into software systems. - Maintain employee files to ensure compliance with state regulations - Work in system technology platforms for communicating and documenting with clients and caregivers, i.e., Office 365, iPhone, WellSky, Paycom and others. - Review for accuracy and run weekly invoices and A/R Reports - Input & apply payments in Software System that runs the business - Review for accuracy and submit bi-weekly payroll - Run Month end reporting and enter in QuickBooks Online - Provide administrative support for social media posts and marketing campaigns - Participate in weekly Staff meetings as well as work with the office team for supporting needs - Help coordinate, communicate and participate in quarterly all company meetings - Participate in after hours on call 5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per month. Qualifications/Skills: - Positive attitude with an overwhelming desire to ALWAYS provide the best service. - Positive attitude, Desire to help a team grow and develop, personally & professionally - Excellent phone skills/customer service, organization and attention to detail - Experience Invoicing, Accounts receivable/payable, applying payments and payroll processing - Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, and Excel and QuickBooks Online Benefits: - Annual Salary between $35,000 to $50,000 - Rotating Friday off every 4-6 weeks - 3% match IRA after 90 days - Share in monthly Incentive program after 90 days - Accrued PTO at 6 hours/month - Company paid Life Insurance, $25,000 Background check, drug screening, and TB screening will be done prior to hire.
