This role combines administrative excellence with people development, as you'll be instrumental in training new caregivers and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:• Caregiver Development: Conduct orientation for new hires, including training on Senior Gems® dementia care, Parkinson's care, and veterans care protocols• Payroll & HR Support: Verify time sheets, process payroll, coordinate background checks, and manage new hire documentation• Administrative Excellence: Data entry into home care software, client coordination, and general office management• Training & Presentation: Comfortable presenting company policies and care protocols to new team membersWhat We're Looking For:Required Qualifications: • Healthcare background required - experience in healthcare administration, nursing, medical office, or senior care setting • Minimum 2 years office/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare • Understanding of healthcare terminology, documentation, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals and families • Strong attention to detail with medical/care documentation • Interest in senior care and aging-in-place services.Additional Preferred Skills: • Experience with healthcare billing, insurance, or care coordination • Knowledge of dementia, Parkinson's, or chronic disease care • Comfort with training/presenting healthcare protocols • Tech-savvy with healthcare management softwareWhat We Offer: • Competitive pay at $18/hour • Opportunity to make a real difference in seniors' lives • Supportive work environment with direct owner involvement • Professional development in healthcare administration • Flexible, stable position with growth potential
