The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, meeting coordination, vendor services, and acts a liaison with corporate services. This position is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and proceduresProvide administrative support to the leadership team, including but not limited to managing daily schedule, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reportsDemonstrate fiscal responsibility for the location by monitoring expenses to ensure costs are within established levelsProvide oversight on all office-related vendor relationships and interactions, and involve corporate services as requiredParticipate in the development and implementation of key office initiatives and support operational plan objectivesDevelopment and execution of department processes and procedures; analyze all processes and procedures, and implement improvement opportunitiesEnsure proper planning and functionality of meetings and/or trainings, and ensure all employees receive appropriate information/instructionAssure effective communications are maintained within the department and with internal and external business partners; when appropriate, inform employees of company/department plans and progressCoordinate with other units/departments to facilitate special requests or projects, resolve workflow or production issuesJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
2+ years office management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to analyze work processes
Strong organization skills
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
