A new Media tech company is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Office Manager to join their fast-paced NYC office as they prepare to welcome over 1,000 employees in August. This is a high-visibility role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, and Operations Coordinator -perfect for someone who thrives in a master of all trades environment and is ready to hit the ground running. About the Opportunity:

  • Assignment Length: Temp to perm
  • Schedule: Fully onsite Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 9-5pm
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face of the NYC office-greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Support office operations: supplies, space planning, meeting setup, catering, shipping/receiving, etc.
  • Partner closely with facilities, security, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide light EA support to senior leadership (scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep).
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate workspace assignments.
  • Lead coordination for in-office events, team meetings, and ad hoc requests.
  • Jump into fast-moving tasks and manage priorities in a rapidly scaling environment.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in office coordination, operations, or executive support roles-ideally in media, tech, or start-up environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a no task too small attitude.
  • Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a high-energy, high-growth office.
