Office Engineer - Wsp Global : Job Details

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Office Engineer to be based out of Glastonbury, Connecticut office. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact. Responsible for project administration, record keeping, payment entries, correspondence, and delivering of required reports. Manage and mentor Assistant Office Engineers. Attend project meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes. Review daily inspection reports and payment quantities in accordance with contract requirements. Prepare change orders for overruns, changed conditions and additional work. Review, log and coordinate with the designer to respond to Contractor's submittals, RFI's and shop drawings. Ensure that field staff have current construction documents.
