The office coordinator job is a 40-hour support position that is responsible for preparing and initiating administrative office-related tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of Campus Safety and Emergency Management Services (CSEMS). The position works in an energetic, semi-public facing office and responsibilities include exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, good judgement, confidentiality, initiative, and ability to work independently or as a team. The office coordinator position handles multiple tasks and has the ability to prioritize numerous responsibilities to meet deadlines. Education and Experience Associates degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 2-3 years administrative support and general clerical experience. Personal history background check and participation in random drug/alcohol testing required by department. Experience working with diverse populations, in a college/academic setting preferred.
