ME Engineers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Coordinator to join our Golden office.

WHAT you'll do

  • Administrative reporting and cost tracking as assigned by the office manager
  • Assist with building management and vendor communications
  • Assist engineers with license mgmt. - state renewals, applications, continuing education
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks as assigned by HR
  • Assist with front desk duties
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

What YOU bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or related role
  • Dependable team player with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Experienced with scheduling tools and administrative systems
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and work on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • This is a 100% in-office role, so dependable transportation is essential.
