Office Clerk/Receptionist - Lewis Bakeries : Job Details

The Office Clerk will be part of a team of office professionals in the Murfreesboro TN location, who support the Company and Sales group with orders, month end reports, inventory reporting, answering phones, typing and other clerical duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Type 50 wpm or more is a plus. Ability to correctly type and input vast amounts of data in Excel format is required.
• Able to use a calculator to correctly and quickly type numbers for data input
• Handle high call volume phone system and portray a professional phone demeanor in order to communicate with customers, sales representative and employees
• Must be very organized and a self-starter
• 2-5 years of office clerical experience a plus
• Must be able to work 7am 4pm, Monday Friday. Overtime may be required based on workload.
