Job Description :
Job Description We are looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator for a local company! The Manufacturing Coordinator is an important part of the manufacturing process. This is a full-time, in office position Monday-Friday. Duties Include-
  • Schedule and oversee the daily production activities to ensure manufacturing goals are met efficiently and on time
  • Build relationships with vendors and communicate professionally
  • Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues promptly
  • Facilitate communication between production teams and upper management reporting on progress, challenges and potential delays
  • Placing orders for materials and scheduling deliveries
  • Assisting with Accounts payable and receivables
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
  • Must be able to navigate a computer and work through different systems
  • HS diploma or GED is required, related degree is a plus
  • Must be detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in AP/AR
