We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As the first point of contact for customers, the Office Clerk will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall functionality of our office.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
• Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and reordering as necessary.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
• Provide support to other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
