Minimum qualification:
- Process W-9 forms in our tax database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sort and scan incoming paper mail and digital forms from shared email inboxes.
- Log voicemails into an Excel-based tracking template.
- Assist with generating and maintaining reports, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
