Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and administrative support
  • Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts
  • Contribute to a positive, drama-free work environment
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
  • Qualifications for this job include:

    • QuickBooks experience is required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Reliable, steady, and eager to grow within a company
    • Positive, team-oriented attitude
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Reliable transportation and attendance
