Sharpe Jr. Hospital Opening Date: 07/28/2025 Closing Date: 8/3/2025 11:59 PM Eastern General Description Operates PC using set of standard commands. Composes and/or types a variety of documents, correspondence for the nurse manager. Operates office equipment such as copy and fax machine, answers telephone, screens telephone calls, takes, and relays messages. Takes and transcribes unit meeting minutes, posts, and distributes accordingly. Maintains a filing system for unit reports, i.e., hall walks, shift assignments, shift reports, as well as letters and memos etc. and other pertinent information related to patient charts. Performs other duties associated with the position. Mandatory overtime may be required per operational needs. Applicants selected for employment must complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable causes, as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants must successfully complete a background check.
