• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Support job scheduling, work order tracking, and file management
• Assist with billing, collections, and job documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Pitch in wherever neededthis is a true team environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
