Our client in Bellingham, WA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. We currently have an opening as an office clerk for the right talent!
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience in an office setting with it clearly listed on your resume.

What will you be doing?
Answer phones/direct calls/answer door
Post daily schedules, update boards, fill out info boards
Taking messages
Handling mail
Scheduling appts
Faxing, scanning, making copies
Greet employees/greet & sing in visitors
Collect, sort, file and verify daily production paper for all shfits
Assisting the HR manager with assigned duties data entry, iventory
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Experience and proficient in MS Office
Reliability
Ability to work independently or with a team
Good written and verbal skills
Must be able to communicate in English
