Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Office Assistant:

Engage in a 3-month contract to support our client's team by reviewing and reorganizing existing documents.

Identify documents that are outside of the retention period and manage their disposal through shredding.

Ensure that all necessary documents are filed systematically and efficiently.

Work onsite five days a week to maintain the integrity and organization of the filing system.

Required Skills For Office Assistant:

At least one year of experience in an office assistant role, with a focus on document management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to start quickly and perform well in interviews.

Experience with filing systems and document retention processes.
