Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team.

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Saint Louis, MO

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions.

  • Partner with management to set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts.

  • Assist with the new hire process alongside the HR team.

  • Manage local accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operations reporting, including payroll and production reporting.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Four-year college degree or 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.

  • Strong MS Office skills are essential.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage demanding timelines efficiently.
