Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage appointments, maintain the office calendar, and perform general clerical duties
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Maintain a clean, organized office space-including kitchen area upkeep
  • Stock and maintain beverage stations and order office supplies
  • Take minutes during monthly meetings and assist with special projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of relevant office or administrative experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (including handling attachments)
    • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic formulas and formatting)
    • Experience with Mail Merge functions
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
