Position Overview

As our Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run seamlessly. From managing schedules to supporting marketing efforts, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage inspection appointments via computer and phone, coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and inspectors to ensure an efficient and well-organized calendar.
  • Clerical Duties: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; maintain office records and databases; manage supplies and general office upkeep.
  • Basic Marketing Support: Assist with social media updates, marketing events, newsletters, and marketing materials to promote our services.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (experience in the home inspection or real estate industry is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools, including social media platforms.
