Office Assistant

Begin your journey of success with our partner company as an Office Assistant in Victoria, MN. Pay: $20 - $23/hr. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and following up with customers via phone and email. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle account or billing concerns, including contacting customers about past due bills. Maintain and update customer records, accounts, spreadsheets, and databases. Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, organizing paperwork, processing invoices and mail. Handle daily banking tasks including preparing and processing bank deposits. Provide administrative support to management, sales, project managers, and other office staff as needed. Work independently while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve office efficiency and organization.

Qualifications: Entry Level, minimum six months of office administrative/customer service and/or related experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
