Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thu 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30

Summary of Position

This position is directly responsible to the Systems Registrar. Duties and responsibilities are all aspects of Dual Credit registration to include data entry, student files, preparation of certified rolls and grade books, research of data, and reconciling discrepancies in student records.

Minimum Required Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum Required Experience

Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification/successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 college credits) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associate Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi task.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to multi task.
