Our new 120k sf state of the art facility in Exeter, New Hampshire is fully operational and will raise the bar in high precision manufacturing - come and join us! As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, the executive receptionist must exude a high degree of professionalism and presentation. In this role the executive receptionist will interface with multiple departments and executives to support the operation of our world class manufacturing facility. In addition, they will support the purchasing operations by assisting in procurement of materials, components and services required for the organization. This individual will be expected to embrace and exhibit our culture of honesty, integrity, and good corporate citizenship. This is a highly visible role within the organization reporting to the Sr. Production Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
  • Purchasing of goods and services that are not directly used in manufacturing of a product but are essential for runnings day-to-day business operations. Ensuring timely delivery of those items.
  • Receive all guests and visitors and to the facility.
  • Manage calendars for shared spaces.
  • Take the lead on event planning for all company events, conferences, and c-suite meetings.
  • Support President with various administrative functions as requested.
  • Prepare and communicate RFQs to suppliers and process purchase orders according to company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationship with suppliers, ensuring a positive working environment and effective communication.
  • Keep procurement system up-to-date, including supplier information, spend tracking.
  • Ensure various supplies located throughout the facility maintain appropriate stocking levels.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail as required.
  • Provide administrative support to Leadership team as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • Associate's degree in business administration or relative field of study. Will substitute valuable experience in lieu of.
    • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, or procurement preferred.
    • Outgoing, friendly, and inviting demeanor. Treating each visitor as a valuable guest to our facility.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, to include Outlook calendar management.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems.
    • Professional demeanor with strong business acumen.
    • Event planning experience.
    • Familiarity with a complex and dynamic production/manufacturing type environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to interface with vendors and all layers of the organization.
