Office Administrator/Scale Clerk - Martin Marietta Materials : Job Details

This position is responsible for: weighing/ticketing customer trucks, assisting with administrative tasks, and completing purchase orders. Essential Functions Participate in safety programs and training, promoting Martin Mariettas Guardian Angel culture. Operate scale house computers to obtain weight information. Issue weight/product tickets. Schedule and direct trucks. Collaborate with the sales department and dispatch to develop understanding of business needs. Communicate with customers/vendors to exchange information about products, materials, and services. Answer incoming calls and emails. Manage daily inventory records.
