The office administrator is a dynamic position that helps support our restaurants as well as our e-commerce operation.
Responsibilities
Ordering miscellaneous supplies and tracking inventory
Input and pay invoices
Recruiting duties - review incoming applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and send offer letters
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain a calendar of and schedule store maintenance and repairs
Create and maintain documentation of company policies, forms, and notices
Employee benefits enrollment
Manage Disability, Paid Family Leave, and Worker's Comp claims
Respond to income and employment verification requests
Communicate daily with owners and management
Daily ad hoc projects
Opening/Closing Tea Bar
Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar applications
Problem solving mindset
Communication skills
Experience
Background or education in similar roles (human resources, office administration)
