StaffBright is working with a client to identify a skilled and reliable Contract Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring organizational efficiency by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing exceptional support to staff and leadership. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by managing a high-volume front desk switchboard, screening and directing calls across multiple AlixPartners office locations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Greet visitors and clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless check-in experience.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including booking conference rooms and hoteling workspaces, coordinating meeting logistics, and assisting with in-office events or catering setups.
  • Oversee mail and package handling by managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.

What We Need From You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as office administration, retail, or hospitality, with a strong track record of reliability and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth over the phone and in personwith a friendly, professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, tools, and office technologies to support seamless daily operations.
  • Prior experience operating a multi-line phone switchboard or managing high-volume call flow in a front-desk or receptionist role.
  • Experience supporting or working within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, financial services), with an understanding of client service expectations and polished office etiquette.
