AHT is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Administrator to serve as the operational glue that keeps our office running smoothly. This role combines administrative, HR, finance, and executive support duties. Youll be the go-to person for day-to-day office needs, supporting our leadership team, helping with HR and finance tasks, and making sure our space is welcoming and productive. Manage daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors. Order and coordinate work lunches and maintain office supplies.
