Office Administrator/Analyst - EJ Basler : Job Details

E.J. Basler Co., a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator / Analyst to support our daily operations. This hybrid role combines administrative coordination with data analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive, playing a key role in supporting internal teams, maintaining data accuracy, and enhancing workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the operations team
• Provide timely and professional customer service via phone and email
• Accurately enter orders, quotes, and job details into Epicor ERP system
• Track and follow up on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules
• Compile and analyze data to support reporting and decision-making
• Maintain and organize records of communications, reports, and transactions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and shipping departments
• Assist with database development and administrative project support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in an administrative or analyst support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience using ERP systems (preferably Epicor)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
