Job Description :
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Schedule meetings, events, and appointments. Maintain records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy, order and stock of all office and break area supplies. Be the contact for coordinating facility work orders and equipment maintenance. Office contact for badge and access requests and cubical/office assignments. Collaborate across departments to ensure and coordination of administrative activities. Handle confidential information with integrity. Provide administrative support during special projects, employee activities, and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by executive assistance and business leaders. Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. At least two years of office/administrative support experience, including prior experience with data entry, calendar management, and customer service.
