Boutique Air allows passengers to fly private for the cost of commercial, and we're currently looking for a detail-oriented, problem-solving, energetic, and personable Office ADMIN - Manager to join our team at our corporate office in San Francisco. This person will be instrumental in helping our office run smoothly.
Looking for:
General office administrative, client services, and project operations coordination. Some of your tasks will include, but are not limited to:Maintaining a professional appearance of the office.Maintaining office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies; placing orders and verifying receipts; website assistance where applicable, general office duties; addressing incoming accounting and related forms.Assist management and CEO during various stages of projects and wear many hats of duties.Computer skills, basic marketing, and website experience helpful.Some Human Resources / Accounting experience helpful.Requirements:
Two years minimum experience working in a small office environment.Knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, and Asana very helpful.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.Collaborative and professional work ethic in a Startup environment.Job Location: San Francisco, CA
Required education: Associate or College Degree
Required experience: Office Admin: 2 - 3 years
