Job Title: Customer Service Support Location: WICHITA, KS - 67202 Pay Range: 15.00/hr. - $20.00/hr. on W2. Client: Cargill Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience Introduction This role is essential in ensuring the smooth preparation and submission of export documentation for ocean carriage shipments. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with global teams. Required Skills & Qualifications * Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2. * High School Diploma/GED. * Minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment. * Written and verbal fluency in English. * Flexibility and resiliency in a dynamic work environment. * Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Client Office Suite, including Excel. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications * Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years' experience in Business, Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management. * Experience in forwarding and/or customs clearance. * Knowledge of SAP, AS 400, and GT Nexus. * Understanding of insurance and claims. * Analytic skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Export Documentation Instruction and Completion: Create, compile, and ensure accuracy of export documents. * Import Coordination: Ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate import deliveries. * Customer Service/Problem Resolution: Manage data elements and provide excellent customer service. * Stakeholder Management: Communicate shipment details to key stakeholders. * Other duties as assigned.
