Job Description :
The Office Administrator is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the administrative office functions, coordinating plant personnel matters, compliance with HR government and corporate regulations, and compliance with accounting policies. Principle Duties and Responsibilities. Works closely with plant management to assist with their staffing needs. Posting jobs and screening applicants. Managing temporary agencies and employees. Compliance with pre-employment drug test screening oversees the new hire and orientation process. Ensures all new hires have access to the Employee Self-Service system and complete their benefits enrollment. Ensures employees have access to I - Pay to view and print their paystubs. Ensures time and attendance system is accurate, and submits hours to the Payroll department on time for processing. Identifies, researches, and resolves Administrative problems and opportunities.
