If you are hired for this job posting, the independent franchisee, and not Rent-A-Center Inc., will be your employer.We're Hiring!Our RAC Team is looking to hire for Sales | Customer Account Representative for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Odessa, TX located at 1651 N County Road West | Odessa, Texas 79763.SALES JOB DESCRIPTIONGreet all customers with excellent customer serviceCreate store marketing content to include fliers, Facebook ads and videosCold Calls to solicit business to previous/current customersDoor to door brochuringBusiness to business marketingDrive Facebook Followers and Google ReviewsMeet and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goalsOvercome customer objections in order to close a saleFollow-up on sales leads (in-store, phone and web)Take customer payments according to the customer's pay dateType up and review customer contractsBuild files containing customer information and keep organizedAnswer phonesClean, organize and maintain the showroomReceive inventory into the point-of-sale systemPrice all inventory in the storeHelp with scheduling of field activities (deliveries, service calls, returns etc.)Help clean and refurbish returned itemsConduct sales meetings and product demonstrationsAny other task assigned by the manager that does not bring your integrity into question*Must be proficient in computer skills, social media as well as having basic math skillsBENEFITSExtensive Leadershipfamily-oriented working environmenta result-oriented culture at workcompetitive compensation and employee benefitsOver 35 years of existence in the franchise industry, serving customers who we consider family.Employee discounts after 1 year service.Paid time off.Referral program.SCHEDULE Minimum 40-hour work week, including weekends.
