accel bI Corporation is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to develop and execute change management strategies that support a successful Electronic Health Records (EHR) rollout. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executeOrganizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support the successful EHR rollout.
• Lead communication initiatives and stakeholder readiness planning across multiple agencies.
• Facilitate user engagement activities, manage resistance, and integrate feedback into project planning.
• Align OCM initiatives with training programs, governance structures, and project milestones.
• Monitor change adoption, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Preferred Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in change management within healthcare or IT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in PROSCI or other recognized OCM methodologies preferred.
• Proven experience with multi-agency transformation initiatives and enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong facilitation skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
