Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Consulting Expertise: 1220years in client-facing roles, ideally from Big4 or top-tier consulting firms, leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations.
- OCM Methodologies: Deep mastery of frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP; proven ability to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and more.
- ERP & Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workdayeven integrations across multi-cloud environments.
- Workstream Leadership: Demonstrated history managing multiple change streamsbalancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
- Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage data-driven tools (PowerBI, Tableau, ERP analytics) for readiness insights and decision support.
- Communication & Training: Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design (microlearning, LMS, VR), and executive-level coaching .
- Agile Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches using tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
- Interpersonal Influence: Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skillsespecially in global, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in transformation contexts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply TCS Digital Change 4.0 across Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other large-scale transformations.
- Develop and implement integrated change strategies across business, technology, and cultural dimensions.
- Lead cross-functional change workstreams and mentor OCM practitioners in digital engagement techniques.
- Build use-casedriven digital dashboards and tools to drive engagement, monitor program health, and manage compliance for adoption.
- Coordinate with business and vendor teams (including BearingPoint, Sirion Labs, etc.) to align mission-critical deliverables.
- Deliver training roadmaps, readiness assessments, and executive sponsorship development plans.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and introduce governance mechanisms for global ERP rollouts.
- Balance tactical execution with strategic oversight to ensure sustainable adoption of business transformation initiatives
