Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Consulting Expertise: 12+years in client-facing roles, ideally from Big4 or top-tier consulting firms, leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations.• OCM Methodologies: Deep mastery of frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP; proven ability to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and more.• ERP & Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workdayeven integrations across multi-cloud environments.• Workstream Leadership: Demonstrated history managing multiple change streamsbalancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risk, and stakeholder alignment.• Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage data-driven tools (PowerBI, Tableau, ERP analytics) for readiness insights and decision support.• Communication & Training: Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design (microlearning, LMS, VR), and executive-level coaching .• Agile Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches using tools like Jira and Smartsheet.• Interpersonal Influence: Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skillsespecially in global, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance).• Diversity & Inclusion: Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in transformation contexts.Roles & Responsibilities• What A Change Consultant Does:• Learns, embraces and follows the TCS Digital Change method, approach and tools• Helps our transforming clients increase and accelerate adoption of new ways of organizing and working• Designs and develops deliverables to enable end users and key stakeholders• Manages OCM components (e.g. micro-learning, digital communications, etc.) and helps client and TCS team members increase their skills; inspires great work• Works confidently and delivers successfully in an environment of change external and internal• Instills confidence and builds great relationships with clients and the internal teams we partner with to serve our clients• Contributes to an outstanding track record and increasing TCS footprint at new and existing clients through delivery excellence At a Minimum, you are able to demonstrate...• Work history in Big 4/leading consultancies• Delivery experience and success implementing core change management capabilities• Agile delivery and leadership experience• Track record of building relationships with clients at all levels We Look for Leadership and candidates who...• Have experience and passion for leading technologies (Cloud, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, AWS, Oracle, etc.)• Passionately learn and leverage digital tools to deliver change management (Power BI, Adobe Creative, etc.)• Are committed to agility and innovation; have a passion for evolving OCM to enable the changing world in which we live and work• Share their commitment to DE&I in how they work internally and with clientsSalary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 a YearTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
