Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapy Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating in the development and execution of resident assessments (MDS) and personalized care plans, with a focus on quarterly reviews.
• Engaging in discharge planning alongside the development and implementation of resident care plans and assessments as needed.
• Providing written and verbal reports/recommendations to the Team Leader/Rehab Coordinator regarding the operational needs of the occupational therapy department.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in this state.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English in a clear manner.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a height of at least 3 feet and move such weights a distance of 4 feet.
