Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Skilled Experience: 1 year OT-IL Certifications: BLS Float: Up to 25 miles, if ever needed (standard contract language) References: 1 Reference in entire work history Preferred Qualifications Prior travel experience and Rehab Optima experience are preferred.
